Touring Bikes

With all of the carbon fiber racing bikes out today that allure us with performance the touring bike I feel is overlooked. For me there is nothing better than loading up a great touring bike and spending a day or more out exploring new roads. I will have more information on Touring bikes here in the future.

One great modern urban bike that makes a great Touring Bike is the Trek Portland (now discontinued):
